We are currently hiring for part-time behavior technicians to join our team at Little Mittens Autism Center! In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and enhance their quality of life. Your contributions will be vital in fostering an inclusive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.

• Assist in conducting patient assessments to identify goals and objectives.

• Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

• Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and strategies.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client needs and treatment adjustments.

Requirements

• Experience in behavioral health or special education preferred.

• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is essential.

• Strong data collection and documentation skills are required.

• Ability to assess patient needs and adapt interventions accordingly.

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and families.
